We are commited to protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the data that we gather through our Chrome Extension.

2. Information Collection

ChatGPT to Notion collects the following information:
  • Notion user id: Used for authentification
  • Notion workspace id: Used for authentification
  • User email: Collected only if you are a premium subscriber, used for communication and customer service.

3. Use of Information

The collected information is used solely to:
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Chrome extension.
  • Communicate with you, if and only if you are a premium subscriber, on a very punctual basis (~ 1 email every couple of months for updates regarding development and new products).
Please note that we do not use information to analyse your experience with the extension as a way to limit what data we collect to a bare minimum.

4. Sharing of Information

We are committed to not sharing, selling, renting, or transmitting your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
  • Legal compliance: If required by law or in response to a legal process.
  • Security: To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Chrome extension, our users, or the public.

5. Eco-friendly mode

Eco-friendly mode works via affiliation. If enabled, when visiting a partner website, their affiliation link will be used, which notifies them that a visit related to our extension occured. Please note that this process is fully anonymous, as the partner only needs to know that a visit occured, not which user visited. Thus, we do not share any information and we insure that partners have no way of tracing this notification back to you as a ChatGPT to Notion user.

6. Information Security

We take security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Whilst the code of the extension is available publicly, the data is stored in an undisclosed location for security reasons.

7. Privacy Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, albeit always in sync with a new extension update. We will notify you of any changes on the extension update page and changelog.
